Return policy
Every piece is second-hand and photographed as it is. If what arrives doesn't match what you saw, we'll make it right.
- Returns are accepted only if the item doesn't match its description or photos on the website.
- You must contact us via Instagram DM (@gonna.crack) within 3 days of receiving your order.
- You must provide an unedited video recorded continuously from the moment you open the package, clearly showing any defects we didn't disclose. Returns without this video will not be accepted.
- We cover the return shipping cost.
- Refunds are made via PromptPay only, within 3 days.
