Who you’re buying from

Gonna Crack is an online-only shop based in Thailand, selling second-hand vintage clothing. There is no physical store. You can reach us on Instagram at @gonna.crack or at gonnacrack1@gmail.com.

What you’re buying

Every item is second-hand and there is only one of each. We list the era, brand, tag size, measurements and condition, and we photograph each piece as it is, including flaws we know about. Vintage garments carry wear; colours can also read slightly differently between screens.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Thai baht and include shipping. We accept PromptPay only, through a QR code generated at checkout.

When you start payment we hold your items for 15 minutes and the QR expires at the same moment. Your order is confirmed only once our payment provider confirms the transfer. If payment isn’t completed in time, the hold is released and the items go back on sale — including to someone else.

Shipping

Shipping is free on every order and we ship within Thailand only. See shipping.

Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted only in the cases set out in our return policy. Refunds are sent by PromptPay.

Changes and disputes

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
